Choco Chips Cookies Recipe with step by step photo –It is impossible to imagine that the chocolate chip cookie, one of the world’s most beloved sweet treats, was actually invented by accident. Believe it or not, chocolate-chip cookie celebrated its 75th birthday this year in the United States. Unlike anonymous inventors of such popular American snacks as the hot dog, grilled–cheese cream sandwich and Oreo milkshake, the creator of chocolate –chip cookie has not gone into oblivion. This recipe is absolutely best and easy recipe.

Be that as it may, whenever I bake chocolate cookies in my Mints Recipe style in my home in India, it’s not only the kids but also the senior members of the family that invade the kitchen. The chocolate cookies baked according to the recipe given under the famed Mints Recipe are always loaded with the flavor and taste of chocolate that attracts people like bees to the hive.

But have you ever wondered what actually makes these chocolate chip cookies so chewy, soft, crispy, cakey and crumbly as you make them according to directions given in the recipe? Well, I am going to share the secret with you right here and now. Choco Chips Cookies

Chocolate Chips Cookies are a go-to favorite dessert item that is loved by all and features chocolate chips as its distinguishing ingredient.

Ingredients

  • 1 Flour all purpose cup+2 tbsp or 130 grams
  • 50 grams Amul butter room temperature
  • 50 grams margarine/ nutralite butter room temperature
  • 1/4 Powdered sugar cup+2 tbsp or 50 grams
  • 1/8 cup Milk
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla essence
  • 1/4 cup choco chips

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl sift flour, baking powder, powdered sugar and mix it well.
  • In another bowl beat, butter and sugar on medium speed with the help of electric beater for 2 minutes or you can use a wired whisk to cream the butter and sugar.
  • Now add milk, vanilla essence and mix it in cut and fold method for few seconds and then beat it for a minute.
  • Now add sifted dry ingredients, choco chips into the bowl of wet ingredients and mix it well with the help of a spatula. It will look like a thick batter, not dough.
  • Cover the bowl with cling wrap and keep it in the freezer for 30 minutes.
  • After 30 minutes take out the bowl from the freezer and you will see the cookie batter has become stiff enough to roll into the shape of cookies.
  • Take a small portion of the batter a, roll it in your palms and flatten it. Size of all the rolled cookies should be same otherwise baking time may vary.
  • Dust the tin with all-purpose flour, Keep rolled cookies into the dusted tin.
  • Repeat the same process for rest of the batter.
  • Sprinkle some choco chips on top and put the tin in preheated oven on 180 degrees for 15-18 minutes or until it gets baked.
  • All ovens are different so set the time according to your oven.
  • Once done immediately take out from the tin and transfer to cooling rack otherwise it will become hard and remove moisture.
  • Gently lift the cookies as it is soft when hot.
  • Cookies will become hard when cools down.
  • Chocochips cookies are ready to serve.
  • Store it in an airtight container.

How to Make Choco Chips Cookies:
