How To Make Soft Vanilla Sugar Cookie

Vanilla Sugar Cookies can be easily made at home. It’s very tasty and everyone will love this.

Vanilla Sugar Cookie

Vanilla Sugar Cookies

  • 150 gms Flour
  • 100 gms butter
  • 50 gms Icing Sugar
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla essence
  • ½ teaspoon milk (if required)
  1. Cream the butter, sugar and vanilla essence in a bowl till it becomes light and fluffy.
  2. Fold the Flour with the mixture little at a time.
  3. Make dough with your hands.
  4. Refrigerate it for 15 mins.
  5. Take out the dough from refrigerator and take small balls out of it.
  6. Pat the balls with the palm and give it a flat round shape like tikki.
  7. Place the cookie on a greased baking tray. Give space between two cookies as its get big in size while baking.
  8. Put Cashew on top of each cookies.
  9. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180 degree celsius for about 20-25 minutes.
  10. Remove from baking tray and leave to cool.
  11. Store in an air tight container.

Notes: You can roll out the dough on table top and cut into desired shape with the help of Cookie cutter.

How to make Vanilla Cookies:

Note:
