How To Make Soft Vanilla Sugar Cookie

Vanilla Sugar Cookies can be easily made at home. It’s very tasty and everyone will love this.

Vanilla Sugar Cookie

Ingredients

  • 150 gms Flour
  • 100 gms butter
  • 50 gms Icing Sugar
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla essence
  • ½ teaspoon milk if required

Instructions

  • Cream the butter, sugar and vanilla essence in a bowl till it becomes light and fluffy.
  • Fold the Flour with the mixture little at a time.
  • Make dough with your hands.
  • Refrigerate it for 15 mins.
  • Take out the dough from refrigerator and take small balls out of it.
  • Pat the balls with the palm and give it a flat round shape like tikki.
  • Place the cookie on a greased baking tray. Give space between two cookies as its get big in size while baking.
  • Put Cashew on top of each cookies.
  • Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180 degree celsius for about 20-25 minutes.
  • Remove from baking tray and leave to cool.
  • Store in an air tight container.

Notes: You can roll out the dough on table top and cut into desired shape with the help of Cookie cutter.
