17 Paneer Recipes | Quick & Easy Paneer Recipes

Collection of 17 quick and easy paneer recipes, which you can easily try at home. These are extremely easy one. Cottage cheese is popularly known as paneer. If we go to restaurants, our menu will not complete without any paneer recipe. Since my childhood, I was a great fan of paneer. My mother used to make these every now and then. She used to make paneer along with several veggies like spinach, capsicum, potatoes, peas etc. She was a special cook. We use to eat roti only with paneer recipes. You can any paneer recipes from buying paneer from the market or you can make fresh paneer at home. I usually prefer making paneer at home because for the obvious reason that this is free from contamination. It’s very hygeinic. Paneer can be made in many forms. You can use paneer to make dry paneer recipes or you can use it in any gravy. Popular paneer gravy recipes are palak paneer, butter paneer masala etc. Examples of popular dry paneer recipes are paneer tikka or paneer bhurji. Paneer Gravy Recipes

1 Khoya Paneer Recipe – An easy and quick paneer recipe for lunch and dinner. Paneer is tossed in some thick khoya gravy. You can serve this khoya paneer with your friends and families. Serve with roti, paratha or any rice preparations.

2 Palak Paneer Kofta – Palak paneer kofta is a nice combination palak (spinach) and paneer mashed into balls (Kofta) and then tossed in a thick gravy. 4 Kadai Paneer – Kadai paneer is actually named behind an Indian utensil kadai which is used for deep frying or even making other dishes. You will fall in love with the aroma of this paneer recipes. Paneer Butter Masala – Now this is one of the most popular and liked restaurant style paneer recipe. Paneer butter masala is an essence of almost every restaurant in North India and even other parts of India. It’s again a thick butter like gravy with cottage cheese.

6 Matar Paneer – Matar paneer is an Indian recipe where in paneer is made with a gravy along with peas. It’s a bit tangy in taste. This is generally made in winters as we can find peas organically in winters. Matar paneer is a good companion for roti, chaval and other flat Indian breads.

I ♥ love eating out paneer tikka in restaurants.It’s a very popular tandoor snacks recipe in India.This is much like chicken tikka which is made from chicken pieces and other veggies. This is actually a vegetarian form of chicken tikka recipe.You can also serve it as gravy by adding little spices in it.I like naan or jeera rice after paneer tikka.
