Though it is deep fried, but as it is made from suji, it is not as bad for your health. But definitely not a healthy food. You can serve sooji ki kachori during parties or evening snacks. You can also pack these in your kids lunch box.

There are some points which you must note before making suji ki kachori. You must keep dough a little hot or warm at the time of stuffing to prevent kachoris to fall apart while fryimg. And don’t put more than 3 kachoris at the same time while frying. Oil should not be very hot otherwise kachoris will not be cooked nicely from inside.

Other snacks recipe you may like:Potato Cheese Corn Rolls, Cheese Corn momos, Vegetable Poha Cutlet, Bread Uttapam, etc.

Sooji is also known as Rava or Semolina in English. I love this suji ki kachori as they are healthy too.
