Eggless Ladi Pav:

The love for misal pav, vada pav, and pav bhaaji are eternal in India, which is a highly popular street food in Mumbai. And while we always make the vada or bhaji at home, when it comes to the pav or bun, it’s commonly bought from the market. But what if you could make laadi pav at home that will be as fluffy, spongy, soft and delicious. With my eggless ladi pav recipe, I am sure you can make this happen, with your very own version of homemade laadi pav.

Atta Biscuit Recipe in Pressure Cooker:

Atta Biscuits are a ‘Desi’ version of cookies to me. They are light, crispy, eggless and more importantly, easy to bake. Even you would agree with the fact that nothing tastes better than a biscuit dipped in ‘chai’ and we Indians have a distinct emotion attached to this way of enjoying it. Tea-time is probably the best time of the day, with Indians gossiping over a hot cup of chai and Atta Biscuits being the mandatory complement.

The wafers can be eaten with a salty and spicy taste, or even be coated with honey, jaggery/ molasses or sugar syrup, even dip them in chocolate sauce and savor. I am sharing with you today the salty and spicy version of the recipe, that can be an excellent accomplice with tea and coffee.

Bread Rolls from Left-over Bread:

The bread roll is an Indian snack, which is as popular as ‘Kachori’ and ‘Samosa’. It is just another mouth-watering titbit, which has a crunchy coating with a soft mushy filling. I have used mashed potatoes as the stuffing here, to lend appropriate moisture to it.

When you look at this recipe, you will understand how delicious dishes can still be made with leftovers, without compromising on nutrient quotient. And also can be served as tea time snacks.
